- Licensed to one owner and one organization
- Allows the buyer to use the Codebook’s code and tools on an unlimited number of client websites
- Team members, contractors, VAs, freelancers, or designers must purchase their own seats, this license does not grant shared access
- Intended for agencies, studios, developers, and designers who implement the product for client work
- Cannot be distributed internally in shared libraries or drives
- Ownership is not transferred; this is a use license only
